Alison Kinloch

Alison started her career in the NHS as a management trainee but left to join IBM in their Management Development Department. This sparked her interest in developing people which has been her key motivation throughout her career. She has travelled extensively, living and working in many countries including Africa, Australia and Hong Kong, and it was in the latter where she set up an Outplacement company.

Since returning to the UK she has worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and at different levels. For seven years she combined this with a Non-executive role as Chairman of Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust.

She now focuses her time and efforts on 1:1 coaching, mainly in the areas of First 100 days in a new role, Communication, Career Transition and Interview skills as well as more general Life Coaching.
